How can I transfer domain to CountHost?

You need to assure that the following applies to the domain:

The domain must be registered or transferred between registrars more than 60 days ago;
The domain has been "Unlocked" for transfer at the current registrar (domain status should be OK or Active);
The domain is showing your current e-mail for the admin contact in WHOIS as that is where the authorization email will be sent to. Please make sure you disable privacy protection/private registration for your domain, otherwise, the transfer may fail due to the fact that the contact information is protected in WHOIS;
The domain is not expired.

You should submit a transfer request for the domain from within your CountHost account by going to Domains > Transfer section. After the transfer is requested you will need to enter the Auth/EPP code acquired from your current registrar in your CountHost account: once signed into your account, go to Domain List and click Authorize Transfer next to the required domain name. Once the code is entered then the process begins.

You will also receive a transfer approval email to the Administrative Contact email address listed for the domain in public Whois. This email comes from or [email protected]. Once the transfer is confirmed the losing registrar has 5 days to release the domain. But you may contact your registrar and ask whether they can release the domain sooner. If everything is okay, the domain is released and added to your account.
